The swimming group is now up and running. At the moment - due to the pool closure it is just the four of us meeting on Tuesdays at 10am in the Helensburgh Civic cafe. New members of all abilities would be very welcome. Good exercise, good refreshments and relaxing company.  If you are interested, please contact me.
